How I work
Collaboration
I work daily with PMs, POs and technical teams, using SAFe agile methodology, as well as with other designers — shared framing, joint ceremonies, decisions made together rather than in silos.
User
The user stays at the center of the solution, not on the sidelines. Testing isn't optional or a nice-to-have — it's a prerequisite before any release.
Research
I start from reality before drawing a single interface: interviews, field observations, user testing. An intuition needs to be verified, not just declared.
Iteration
I'd rather have an early testable prototype than one big late reveal. Adjusting continuously costs less than trying to guess right the first time.
Handoff
A spec designed for developers, not for me. A design system kept up to date beats a perfect but isolated Figma file.
